Line sheet templates

A line sheet template gives you the columns a wholesale buyer needs — SKU, wholesale price and minimum order quantity — with the fields that matter for your category already in place. The six below download as editable CSVs, one per vertical, and import directly into a line sheet without reformatting.

Six templates, one per category

Each one downloads as a CSV with the right column headers and a few example rows. Replace the rows with your own products and drop it back into the builder.

Clothing and apparel

Sizes and colourways per style, which is what makes apparel line sheets different from everything else.

One row per style, not per size. Buyers order a size run, and a row per size makes a 40-piece collection into a 300-row document nobody can scan.

Jewellery

Metal, stone and finish, plus the retail price buyers use to check their margin.

Low minimums are normal in jewellery, and showing RRP alongside wholesale is expected — label both columns explicitly or you will get disputed orders.

Homeware and interiors

Dimensions and materials, because buyers are planning shelf space.

Case pack matters as much as MOQ here: a buyer ordering six of something that ships in fours will be short and will blame you.

Beauty and skincare

Size, ingredients flag and shelf life, which buyers ask for every time.

Shelf life belongs on the sheet: a buyer will not stock something they cannot sell through before it expires, and asking costs them an email.

Food and drink

Case configuration and allergens, which are ordering blockers rather than nice-to-haves.

Wholesale food prices are usually per unit with a case size beside them. Quoting per case without saying so is the single most common line sheet error in this category.
