Lookbook maker that builds a photo-led lookbook from your product spreadsheet
Slideso's lookbook maker turns a product spreadsheet into a paginated lookbook: one or two products a page, the photograph full-bleed, the name and price as the only copy. Import a CSV from Shopify, WooCommerce or Etsy, pick one of the lookbook designs, and export a vector PDF. Re-import next season and only the changed products move.

What is a lookbook, and how is it different from a line sheet?
A lookbook is the editorial document: photography first, one or two looks a page, the name and price as the only copy, made to make a buyer or customer want the range. A line sheet is the ordering document: twelve products a page with SKU, wholesale price and minimum order. Slideso builds both from the same spreadsheet.
| Document | Products per page | Copy on the page | Made for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lookbook | 1-2 | Name, price | Desire: press, retail, social |
| Product catalog | 4-6 | Name, description, price | Browsing a range |
| Line sheet | 9-12 | SKU, wholesale price, MOQ | Placing a wholesale order |
How do you make a lookbook from a spreadsheet?
Export your products as a CSV with a column of photo URLs, drop it into Slideso, and confirm the columns it matched. Choose a lookbook design, add your brand name and contact line, and build. Each product gets a page with its photograph full-bleed and a caption band; sections open on a divider with the category's own photo.
- 1. Export a CSV from Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy or a spreadsheet, with image links.
- 2. Import it; Slideso shows which columns it read and how many pages it will make.
- 3. Pick a lookbook design: dark, poster, framed or airy Scandinavian.
- 4. Add your brand and contact line, build, and download the PDF.
What does a lookbook cost to make and to update?
Building costs two credits, plus two for every sixty products the AI organises into sections and describes, so a 40-product lookbook is four credits. Updating is free: re-import the spreadsheet and only the changed rows move, with your ordering and edits kept. The free plan includes 30 credits a month.
Can the same spreadsheet also produce the line sheet?
Yes. The lookbook, the catalog and the line sheet are three densities of one document built from one import. Build the lookbook for the campaign and the line sheet for the buyer from the same file, with the same photos, prices and SKUs, so they never disagree.
Frequently asked questions
- Is there a free lookbook maker?
- Slideso's free plan includes 30 credits a month, and a lookbook of up to 60 products costs four credits to build, so you can make and export a lookbook free. Updates by re-import cost nothing.
- What photo size does a lookbook need?
- Pages are A4 or US Letter at 96 dpi engine pixels, and photos are placed full-bleed on lookbook pages, so a 1200-pixel long edge looks sharp on screen; use 2000 pixels or more if the PDF will be printed.
- Can I use my own photos rather than links?
- Yes. After import, a photo step lets you upload an image for any product that has no link or whose link failed. Uploaded photos are stored with the catalog and reused on every update.
- Does the lookbook include prices?
- By default the caption shows the name and price; leave the price column empty for a press lookbook without prices. The line sheet built from the same file keeps the wholesale prices for buyers.
- Can I edit a page after it is built?
- Yes. The lookbook opens in the editor where you can move, replace or retype anything on any page, and re-importing later keeps those edits for products that did not change.
