# Slideso pricing

Slideso is free to start: 30 credits every month, refreshed rather than granted
once, with no card required. Paid plans begin at $12/month, or ₹399/month in
India. One credit generates one slide — editing, restyling, presenting, and
re-exporting existing presentations never cost credits.

Annual billing is cheaper per month. Paid plans remove the export watermark.

## How credits work

- 1 credit generates 1 slide. A ten-slide presentation costs ten credits.
- Editing, restyling, presenting, and re-exporting an existing deck are free.
- Failed generations are refunded automatically and itemised on the usage page.
- Credits reset monthly and do not roll over.
- Running out pauses generation only — existing decks stay editable and presentable.

## Why the Indian price is lower

Slideso is priced for the local market rather than converted at the exchange
rate: ₹399/month instead of the roughly ₹1,000 a straight conversion of $12
would give. Billing is in rupees by an Indian entity via Razorpay, so there is
no 18% import GST and no card foreign-exchange markup on top.

## Cancellation

One click from billing settings, no fee and no email required. Access continues
to the end of the paid period, then the account moves to the Free plan. Every
presentation stays in the account permanently and stays editable on Free.
